Our client was updating his home, including a master ensuite bathroom. We were tasked with demolition, relocating a shower and vanity, reglazing a bathtub, tiling a custom shower…let’s just say we built a bathroom.

Our client had a two bedroom apartment left in poor condition by the previous tenant. Our task was to fix it up as quickly, and inexpensively, as possible.

Our client had a shell of a cottage built, and needed the interior to be as pretty as the exterior.

Our client had a contractor in to finish their basement, and then had water damage in an upstairs bedroom that delayed him to the point he had to leave for another job. We were asked to come in and finish the basement drywall and repair a bedroom and bathroom. We insulated the ceiling, installed pot lights and drywall taped and mudded in the basement. In the bathroom we tiled a floor and installed a new vanity and toilet. And the bedroom needed a new floor as well as some repair work to the sub floor.

We were asked to leave the original baseboard…

In this house, we added a bathroom in a basement. Plumbing, framing, drywalling, mudding, taping, tiling, painting was all required. We are not licensed plumbers, but as you will see in other pages on this website, we are project managers.

A lovely couple that wanted to improve the shower in their bedroom. Ok, no problem.

This is the “banana bread” client and it began with a basement suite left trashed by tenants that they wanted cleaned up.
